Um... Hello! Ok, So this was Drakes FIFTH GRADE HOMEWORK today. We actually did ok with this homework, (meaning when he asked me for help... i did remember) But Boy!! ... i Knew i should have taken more math in college! LOL! this is FIFTH GRADE... and it is only gonna get harder?? yikes! am i gonna hold out?

I remember 5th grade! At least parts of it! I remember that my teacher was Mr. Carlson. I remember that 5th grade was when i started to wear mascara & all the guys noticed. I DO NOT remember however, having homework like Drake!-in FIFTH GRADE! wow! I hope that i continue to be

"Smarter then MY Fifth Grader"

but i dunno! I am starting to worry! yikes! Ü

So, being the mother that i am... i went snooping in his homework book after we had finished "the math" & after he went out to play. I came across this assignment that he had done. It made me laugh, since we are SUCH food lovers at the Allen house! (you might have to click on the pic to enlarge so that you can read it)

1. Turkey Sandwich??? K-too funny because of all things he chose Turkey Sandwich??? Ü and funny too because he says that he can put 'anything' on it? He doesn't like 'anything'... he won't even add cheese to his turkey sandwiches!!!

2. Soup??? Drake likes soup?? I know that he will eat tomatoe soup IF i am making grilled cheese sandwiches... which makes me wonder why he put turkey instead of grilled cheese...??? Ü

3. Soda - Make PERFECT sense!! Perfect sense, since i know how his mother is... Ü

4. Gum(of any kind) - ok, i get the gum too & get that it is fun to blow bubbles with gum, however i am TOTALLY cracking up over the "relieves boredom" HAHA!! (I will have to remember this the next time he says... 'Mom, what can I do? I am so BOooooRED!' I will happily respond... 'why don't you go get a piece of gum out of my purse.' Ü

5. Pizza- Get the pepperoni, but ham? Maybe i thought he didn't like 'ham' pizza because it is actually the pineapple that he doesnt like... that usually Comes with the ham. 'it is good and fills me up fast.' too funny!

Last note, notice how he started to number his choices? 5-4-3-4-5. Maybe he got bored and needed a piece of gum. Ü

I am SO proud of my very smart babies! both of them!
