An accomplishment for me...

I am So excited!!!

Guess what i did today... ?

Today, i ran 14.5 miles in one stretch!

That is the longest i have run, all in one run!!!!

I am so Proud of myself!

a short year ago... i struggled with just one mile.

I have two sisters that have run Full marathons. Two brothers that have also run Full marathons. Another sister that has accomplished triathalons. Another brother that has biked for hundreds of miles.

They are my heros!

TODAY, i ran 14.5 Miles!!

Right now i can't think of one solitary thing that would feel better then being Healthy enough to be able to run 14.5 miles!
