Only one day...

It's not even been one day since the last egg was hatched. I was shocked today... to see how very different the babies are! I can DEFINATELY tell which one is the oldest. He has changed so much! They are certainly not as pink or as 'transparant'. Their beeks are growing. and are so much bigger! The nest seemed almost practicaly full today!

Just LOOK how full the nest is! Can you see over to the right hand side of the nest... and how the nest is kinda 'worn' away? That is where the momma and dadda always stand to feed the babies.

They must be SO TIRED today cause not one of the budged a muscle when i went up to take their pictures today. Usually at least one of them pops its head up with beak wide open, but not today.

Hi Miss Jodi..
Ok, I have to tell you how envious I am that your a gramma to new born birdies and our resident bluejay is sitting on her 5 eggs but is taking her saaweet time! Hmmmphh! some peoples birds!
The hubs & I are sooo codependent & run up to the attic to check out the nest...nuttin. nuttin at all! He actually insisted I call him at work if I see any changes. Is God just thee best friend to bless us all with Miracles & Matters of the Heart such as this? To think of the horrendous lifestyle I used to survive, & I missed while out there doing what I did in active addiction, I may have missed this...you..and so much more. God is so full of grace.
Now any idea on how long before we can expect our grandbirdies? shes been sitting on them for about 4 weeks now. I tried googling info but just got pics that drove me insane w/ excitement. Enjoy your new family...enjoy your day...Hugs, Kat
p.s. do you not LOVE the Fraker Farm????shes awesome.
