Hello March!

Dear sweet Ms. March!
I am so glad that you are finally here! It seems as though it has been forever since i have seen you!
In anticipation of your arrival, We have so many wonderful things planned!
For Starters... Your arrival means to me that Sring has sprung!! yippi!
I am so happy that you are here. I knew you were getting close. Hearing all the music the birdies make, watching all their activity around and in the yard. I have already gone through a 10 pound bag of wild bird seed. i don't even mind that they are pooping all over my car..... constantly. (Maybe i should cut back on the bird seed)naaaaaa
Soon i will have a garage... and it won't matter anyway! Ü Happiness!

Half way through my run this morning... I stopped at the top of the highest hill in Mapleton (mainly to catch my breath-pshewww! plus it was my 'turn-around' point), turned around to face North & the scenery took my breath away! (even though i was still trying to catch it) I had a view of all of Mapleton, and Ms. March, You made it Beautiful!!!
The snow is melting.
The sun was just barely coming up over Maple Mountain. There were some Very dark clouds in the sky that allowed, just the most perfect rays to come through to shine on Utah lake. (lookie here too!)
It sparkled.
A little family of deer were there with me... like they hadn't a care in the world. I was certainly not one of their worries. As they ho-hummed, enjoying the morning as much as i was, they just kept looking at me as if to shrug their shoulders at me.
It was warm. 44 degrees. MMmmm. perfect.
Tomorrow i will have to run with my camera in my back pocket, so that i can take some pictures there & remember it forever!

I don't see any green grass in my yard Ms. March. It is still very brown, complicated with lots of brown dirt.
You know how particular & maticulous I am over my green grass.... normally, i might be upset that it is still brown & covered in brown dirt. But this time around, I am thrilled to see great big holes, a maze in fact, (which the kids have enjoyed emensely-it is as deep as they are tall & goes round and round-it has made me wish that all my nieces & nephews were all here to play in it too! They would have so much fun!) and lots and lots, Mountains in fact, of dirt.
I will try my best to keep all the dirt out in the yard-insead of in my house, but i think that i have already failed. I will just try and keep up. Normally, i might be upset at that too... but nope, I am just happy to see dirt! Ü We will see green grass again soon enough. For now we are enjoying the dirt.
Now because of the dirt, that means that things are happening at the Allen house. There will be other things raising out of the ground this spring, other then your beautiful bounty such as tulips-daffodills-iris, etc. A Garage is being built! It will rise to greatness out of the ground~!

As i was finishing my run this morning, and my house came into view... There were many 'manly' trucks parked all over the place, surrounding my house.
I got giddy! (as Jenny put it so well!!)
The drivers of all these massive trucks, were down in our 'maze', not playing so much as the kids have been doing for days, but w/ lots & lots of rebar & footings fashions. They were certainly not messing around, they buzzed around... busy busy busy... building what will soon be the strength of something wonderful-soon to come out of the ground!
They were certainly fun to watch. Not only because they were so busy putting wonderful things together... but HELLO! They were "so easy" to look at! Ü MMmmm Ü Thanks for THAT Roger! Ü hehee!
WELCOME Ms. March! I am So Glad you are here!!!
